ROCK SOFT FUTON: Limited Lifetime Warranty  (11/1/21)

Rock Soft Futon warrants these products as follows:

FRAMES
All futon frames are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for life. It covers breakage and/or damage resulting from normal use. It does not cover and specifically excludes damage or breakage resulting from misuse, neglect, modified, altered or misassembled frames. Replacement parts and labor are free of charge under normal use. If abuse or neglect is determined to be the cause of such damage, your frame will still be repaired or replaced, however, you may incur a minimum charge for the materials and labor. If a part of your frame incurs damage that needs attention, please call us as soon as the problem arises so that the damage does not spread to other parts of the frame. If this occurs you may be charged a minimum amount to repair damage beyond the original damage. You are responsible for all transportation costs to and from our factory.

FUTONS
All futon mattresses are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for life. It covers all damage resulting from normal use. Such items covered include broken seams or tufts, lumps or rolls resulting from shifting cotton. This warranty does not cover mold caused by moisture in, on or around your futon. You are responsible for all transportation costs to and from our factory. If abuse or neglect is determined to be the cause of such damage, your futon may still be repaired, however, you may incur a minimum charge for the materials and labor.

FUTON CARE and LOFT-PLUS REFILLING

In addition to our warranty our futons are  refillable! If you wish to have more filling put in (as settling naturally occurs), we charge $40 per layer of cotton. Usually one added layer is sufficient to rejuvenate our futons. We never want our futons to end up in a landfill. We can make them last indefinitely by redoing the filling inside!

Please be sure to rotate and/or flip your futon often to even out compression and wear, to maximize the life of your futon.
