Shiki
Shiki Butons are Japanese-style futons. Made with 4” of pure Cotton, Shikis are easy to roll up. They work best on a tatami mat or directly on the floor. Mobile and storable.

In addition to our warranty, our futons are eco-refillable!
If you want more filling put in (as settling naturally occurs), we charge $40 per layer of cotton. Usually one added layer is perfect to rejuvenate your futon. We never want our futons to end up in a landfill. We can make them last indefinitely by redoing the filling inside! We don’t work on soiled futons so keep it clean! Same day service if you drop off before noon.
Please be sure to rotate and/or flip your futon often to even out compression and wear, to maximize the life of your futon.
Futon Mattress Care
Your new Futon requires some basic care to keep it comfortable and shapely. If it’s your sofa most often, occasionally rotate the seat to the back so the futon compresses uniformly. If it’s your bed most of the time, rotate it head to foot and occasionally flip it over to even out the wear. Always keep your futon on a slatted surface or Tatami mat so the air flows under it. Moisture can get trapped under the futon if you keep it on a floor and mildew may develop. If this happens, spray the surface with bleach water and let it dry thoroughly.
